Exceptionally clean venue with perfect and lovely location lucky to win a two night stay at the palms. In the heart of the city, very convenient. Also - near the beach, seaside promenade, local pubs and restaurants, the Downs and Babbacombe Down.

Everything was really good, even so we stayed for 2 nights only. Everyone working at this modern hotel was very caring. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the location was convenient close to everything Babbacombe has to offer. Liked the beach restaurant onsite.

Really enjoyed our stay at hotel and would stay here again. The room was top-class and had astonishing views down to Oddicombe beach. The staff was helpful and well-mannered, the breakfast offered was gorgeous with a great selection of food. Its location was magnificent, near all the 'touristy' sights as well as bars and restaurants.
